The repertoire draws from a diverse range of Central and Eastern European musical traditions, featuring both energetic Klezmer pieces associated with Reform Judaism and deeply moving Yiddish songs rooted in Orthodox Jewish heritage. The music tells stories of everyday life, celebration, longing, and spirituality that have shaped Jewish culture for centuries. Many of the melodies are recognized as integral elements of Europe’s musical legacy.

The concert is held in the atmospheric interior of the "Dębińskich" or "Under the Barrel" tenement house, originally constructed in the 15th century and carefully restored in the 16th century, maintaining its medieval character.
